Ministry Journey
By the grace of God, Pastor Fakunle has committed almost forty years to full-time ministry. His calling has taken him beyond the shores of Nigeria to other parts of Africa and North America, where he has served in various leadership capacities. Some of his notable roles include:
Missionary Field Superintendent – Overseeing missionary work in the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire and Togo, bringing the gospel to new territories and strengthening churches.
LAWNA Missionary Committee Chairman – Providing visionary leadership and supervision for the missionary work of The Apostolic Church LAWNA Territory across Africa, Canada, and the United States.
LAWNA Administrative Secretary – Serving diligently in administrative duties until 2015, ensuring the smooth operation of the church’s mission efforts.
Missionary Superintendent in the U.S.A. – Appointed to oversee and advance the missionary work of The Apostolic Church in the United States.
Family Life
Pastor I.G. Fakunle is blessed with a loving and supportive wife, Deaconess Deborah Fakunle, who stands by his side in ministry. Their marriage is a testament to God’s faithfulness, and together they have been blessed with God-fearing children, and grand-children who continue to walk in the light of Christ.
